Justine brings over a decade of recruitment experience to her role at Arrow. She’s worked primarily with technology companies and companies who are engaged in hypergrowth. With a passion for Generative AI and applied technology, Justine loves working with founders and hiring managers who are innovating and looking for key players to find new models and methodologies. She loves speaking to candidates who have research and development backgrounds and learning about their passion projects.
Justine’s commitment to logic and rhetoric began in her studies of philosophy where she emphasized the 17th Century Rationalists at Drew University and Columbia University. She prides herself on being a true academic and having an insatiable curiosity.
On a Personal Note
Justine adores her family and her sweet Yorkshire poodle. When she’s not at work you can find her hiking in the Appalachian Trail, playing and coaching lacrosse, or spending time cooking Italian dishes with her partner.
