Kat Benedetto is a Director of Internal Operations at Arrow Search Partners. After graduating from Franklin & Marshall College with a BS in Economics, her career path began in economic development before joining the Arrow team to work with executives on streamlining projects and enhancing the day-to-day experience of the firm. She is thrilled to be part of an expanding, fast paced environment where dedication and personalization are at the forefront. As captain of both her high school and college rowing teams, Katheryn’s leadership skills and team-oriented mentality make her a valuable asset in the workplace.
On a Personal Note
Katheryn is a native Long Islander who enjoys spending her time training and competing in triathlons amongst other outdoor activities like mountain biking, skiing, or boating.
