Miranda brings three years of recruiting experience to Arrow Search Partners, beginning her career in the healthcare space before transitioning into technology recruitment. Miranda graduated from the University of Tampa with a Bachelor’s in Psychology, having always known that a career working closely with people was the right path. The role proved to be a natural fit, offering the chance to put strong interpersonal skills to work, build meaningful relationships, and help people find roles where they can thrive. Miranda brings a people-first approach to recruiting, drawing on a background in psychology to understand what candidates and clients truly need and to create lasting, successful matches.
On a Personal Note
Miranda grew up in Stratford, Connecticut and moved to Tampa, Florida for college, where she stayed for several years after graduating before returning to the Northeast in 2025 and settling in New York City. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, photography, and staying active through running and workout classes.
