Nico has been recruiting since graduating from Fordham University where he received a Bachelor’s in Finance with a minor in Sports Business. Prior to joining Arrow, Nico was in the tech recruiting space and worked with various startups in NY. He joined Arrow’s Accounting & Finance team and expand on his skill set. It has given him the opportunity to work with some of the best firms in the country and is excited to build his network and be a resource for people looking for new opportunities.
On a Personal Note
Nico grew up in Jericho, NY. He played for 4 years on the varsity baseball team at Fordham. Since hanging up the cleats, he spends most of the weekends on the golf course and is a big New York sports fan, rooting for the Giants, Rangers, and Mets.
