Rich brings over eighteen years of combined accounting and recruiting experience to his role at Arrow.
After graduating from St. Joseph’s College with a BS in Accounting, Rich began his career at PKF International—a global CPA firm, where he jumpstarted his career. Rich gained valuable experience as an accountant across a range of industries before later transitioning to the world of executive recruiting.
When it comes to his clients and candidates, Rich is all ears. He understands the importance of listening to their specific needs, which are paramount when it comes to finding the right fit for his clients and the right home for his candidates. Rich is always there to listen and answer any and all questions of your questions. And if he doesn’t know the answer—you can bet he’ll point you in the best direction to find it.
On a Personal Note
Rich is an avid snowboarder and cyclist. You can either find him on the mountain teaching others how to snowboard or pushing the pavement on his 2 wheels. In just few short years, Rich has finished over 6 Century Rides (100 miles) and plans to keep ‘em coming!
