She graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor’s in Marketing. Her interest in recruiting began during her senior year of high school when she completed an internship at a staffing agency, where she quickly discovered how much she enjoyed recruiting. She continued to pursue recruiting during her senior year of college through an executive search internship focused on private equity firms, which confirmed that recruiting was the career path she wanted to pursue after graduation. She enjoys recruiting because it combines strategic problem-solving with the interpersonal side of building relationships and connecting people with the right opportunities.

Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, she now lives in NYC. She grew up playing soccer and has always enjoyed staying active, especially through Peloton. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family.
