Sydney attended Penn State University where she earned her degree in Labor Employment Relations and Sociology. With her past recruiting internship experience, she knew she wanted to step into a full-time recruiting role after graduation and found that Arrow was the perfect fit for her as a Technology Recruiter. Sydney is excited and eager to see what’s in store and is looking forward to gaining new experience alongside her team here at Arrow Search.
On a Personal Note
Sydney was born and raised in Roslyn, New York and is excited to finally be living in NYC. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants (especially sushi), shopping, and spending time with her family and friends.
